     Pork-Instant Pot Roast Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
3 lb. pork loin
3 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
10 oz. can chicken or turkey gravy
1 pinch crushed red pepper
sliced provolone cheese
hoagie rolls
 

Instructions
Put roast in the instant pot. Add chicken broth. Season roast with Italian seasoning and red pepper. Pour gravy on top. Cover and lock the lid. Cook for 60 minutes or 20 minutes per pound. When finished, let the pressure natural release for 10 minutes then manually quick release. Slice pork.
Place 1-2 cheese slices on each roll. Put a slice of pork on each roll and top with a little gravy from the pot.
For a low-carb option, it's also good without the roll.
