Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9 inch springform
pan. Mix Crust ingredients together and press into
pan. Bake in oven 5 minutes.
In a large bowl beat the cream cheese until
smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla and beat until
combined. Add eggs one at a time on low until
blended. Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream
until smooth.
Divide the batter into 3 equal parts. To one part
add caramel, to next chocolate, to next coffee.. mix
well.
Assemble cheesecake . pour caramel batter, drizzle
the chocolate over caramel and then the coffee
over chocolate. Use a knife to swirl the batters
together to create a marbled effect. Place in pan
with hot water 1/4 inch deep. Bake for 55-60
minutes or until the center is almost set. Turn
the oven off and leave in oven for 1 hour.
Refrigerate overnight.Remove springform and
decorate with caramel, caramel pieces and crumbs
