Pound pork chops lightly with mallet 4-5 times to
tenderize. Rub chops with olive oil and mustard on
all sides and edges.

Mix rub ingredients together and sprinkle onto all
sides of chops.
Place on cookie sheet lines with parchment paper.
|
|
|
Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes per 1/2 inch of
thickness. 1 inch chops bake for 12 minutes. Remove
when internal temp reaches 140 degrees and let rest
for 5 minutes before serving so temp reaches 145
degrees.

Optional to broil for 2 minutes before resting
