Chicken pieces of your choice. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs
mayonaisse
pork rind crumbs, purchased or crush your own

Instructions
Coat chicken LIGHTLY with mayonaisse, using a
basting brush or your hands. Season chicken, then
put it in the pork rinds crumbs, pushing it down to
coat the chicken well.
Put in air fryer for 18 to 25 minutes. Cook chicken
until it is crispy and done. It should have an
internal temp of 165 degrees. Boneless, skinless
breast were plenty done in 18 minutes.
