     Pie-R-Square (Lemon Meringue Pie Squares)

Ingredients
1 box Dare Ultimate Lemon Creme Cookies (290g)
1/4 cup butter
1 envelope/box of lemon pie filling
3 egg whites for more meringue
1/4 cup sugar
 
Instructions
Crush cookies into crumbs add melted butter, mix and put in bottom of parchment paper lined 9X13 glass dish. Bake 325 for 10 min. Cool
Follow directions on box for pie filling, cool slightly before putting it on the crust.
Follow directions on box to make meringue.
