2 (20oz.) cans crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 cup pecan halves
1/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter cut into thin slices
whipped cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 3-qt. baking
dish with cooking spray. Pour crushed pineapple
into the bottom of prepared pan. Sprinkle with
cake mix, pecans, and brown sugar. Arrange butter
slices evenly over layers in pan.
Bake until toothpick comes out clean, 45 to 50
minutes. Cool slightly. Serve warm with whipped
cream.
