     Lemon Cake

Ingredients
4 large eggs
2/3 cup canola oil
2/3 cup water
1 (18 1/4 oz) package lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz) package lemon jello gelatin
Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
 
lemon juice

Instructions
Mix together eggs,oil,water,cake mix and jello. Beat 4 minutes. Pour in bundt pan. Bake at 350 35-40 minutes. Cool, then pierce the top of the cooled cake with a fork. Make icing from powdered sugar and lemon juice, drizzle over cake.
