     Cheesy Dill Pickle Dip

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None
Servings   8
Preptime   50

Ingredients
One 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup chopped dill pickle spears (I used dill relish)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
fresh black pepper
2 cloves garlic, grated

2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh dill, and more for garnish
chips or crackers for serving

Instructions
Set oven to 350 deg. In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, dill pickles, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and garlic. (After mixing by hand, I used the immersion blender to smooth it out.)
Place in a 1-1/2 to 2 quart casserole dish. Bake until warmed through, about 20 minutes. Preheat broiler and allow to broil until top is golden brown, just a couple minutes.
Garnish with additional fresh dill. Let cool for 5 minutes.
