1. brown breakfast sausage with onions and peppers
2. scramble anywhere from 6-8 eggs
3. roll out crescent rolls onto a greased baking sheet.
4. top crescent rolls with the sausage mix, scrambled eggs and cheese.
5. Roll up and bake at 375 for 10-15 or until golden brown.
6. Serve with country gravy poured over the top.
