1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a hint of heat)

Instructions
Preheat Oven- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly
oil it.
Make the Glaze- In a small saucepan over medium
heat, combine orange juice, sparkling wine, honey,
soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly reduced
(about 5 minutes). Remove from heat.
Season the Salmon- Pat the salmon fillets dry and
season both sides with salt and pepper.
Cook the Salmon- Place the salmon fillets on the
prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if
applicable. Brush generously with the citrus
glaze.
Bake- Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on the
thickness of your fillets. Halfway through, brush
with more glaze.
Broil for a Finishing Touch- For a caramelized top,
switch the oven to broil for the last 2 minutes of
cooking.

Suggestions
Garnish and Serve- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley or dill and orange/lemon slices Serve immediately.
