1/2 cup heavy cream
|

8 ounces high-quality milk chocolate, chopped

4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions |

Combine milk and cream in a medium saucepan over
medium heat
Heat until small bubbles appear around the edges
(don’t boil)

Add both chocolates, stirring until completely
melted.
Add vanilla and salt

Whisk until smooth and hot
|
|
|
|
Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows
|
