     Sausage Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
2 lbs mild or hot sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
8 oz container french onion dip
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
salt and pepper
 
30 oz shredded hash browns, thawed

Instructions
Cook sausage and drain. In mixing bowl, combine cheese, soup, sour cream, dip, onions, peppers. Fold in thawed potatoes and sausage.
Spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for one hour.
