     Ginger Sauce / Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup Chopped onion
3 TBS Sugar
3 TBS Rice Vinegar
3 TBS Soy Sauce (I use low salt)
1 (3/4 inch long) Fresh ginger peeled and chopped
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or use an immersion blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
Tip. If using an immersion, you can wrap plastic wrap around the stalk and bowl to prevent splashing of the sauce while blending.
Serving Suggestions
Dipping Sauce for Chix or for salad dressing.
