     Butter chicken pot pie

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 box of puff pastry
Butter base- 1 1/2 C protein boosted milk
3/4 C greek yogurt
6 tbl tomato paste
Butter chicken sauces spices
2 tbl curry powder, 1 tbl garam masala, 1 tbl ground cumin
2 tsp ground ginger, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 In a large bowl whisk together the butter chicken base sauce and the spices. Cut up 4 chicken breasts and divide between 4 pyrex dishes 4x4. Divide the milk mixture evenly between dishes. Top each with a square of puff pastry and cut a slit in each top. Brush pastry with beaten egg. Top with coarse salt. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
