Preheat oven to 400
In a large bowl whisk together the butter chicken
base sauce and the spices. Cut up 4 chicken
breasts and divide between 4 pyrex dishes 4x4.
Divide the milk mixture evenly between dishes. Top
each with a square of puff pastry and cut a slit
in each top. Brush pastry with beaten egg. Top
with coarse salt. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
