oven 375 make meatballs, combine turkey ricotta,
parmesa, sun dried tomatoes, 1 garlic clove 1 tsp
oregano, salt and pepper. form into balls (16).
Place in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 min. drizzle sun
dried oil over meatballs before baking.
Make sauce. Combine sauce, 2 c water,vinegar, eggs
and 2 garlic cloves. Remaining 1 tsp oregano,
pasta , salt and pepper. Pour over meatballs.
Sprinkle mozzareels over top. Cover and bake
until sauce has thickened and the noodles have
cooked about 40 min.
Uncover and bake til top is golden brown about 5
min. Top with fresh basil and serve.
Can substitute chicken or beef.
