Preheat oven to 375 deg. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set
aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and
red pepper flakes, and saute until fragrant, about one minute.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they
are pink. Remove and set aside. Pour in the wine, simmering for 2
minutes. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream. Bring to a
gentle simmer.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to coat. Add salt and
pepper. Transfer to 2 quart baking dish. Arrange the shrimp on
top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella over all. Bake for 15-
20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with
parsley before serving if you desire.
