Put tapioca and Jello in a medium pan, add the
water. Stir over medium heat just to boiling.
Meanwhile, put the pineapple, oranges and whipping
topping in a dish.
Let Jello mixture cool.
Mix Jello mixture into fruit mixture. Chill and
serve.
