Season chicken with sea salt and ground black pepper. Heat oil in a pot and cook
chicken until golden brown. Set chicken aside.
To the pot, add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the
vegetables turn soft. Then add the mushrooms and continue to cook until they just brown.
Then add the chopped almonds and cook for another few minutes.
Add white wine. Then return chicken to pot. Cook until wine has
partially reduced. Add ground chili pepper. Then add chicken stock. Cook partially covered
for approximately one hour and then serve.
