     Chafing Dish Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lbs ground meat
1 slightly beaten egg
1 large grated onion
salt to taste
1- 12 oz bottle chili sauce
1 - 10 oz jar grape jelly
juice of 1 lemon
 
Instructions
Mix and shape meat, egg, onion and salt into small balls. Simmer all until brown. Refrigerate or freeze to room temperature. Reheat and serve.
