     Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients
3-4 cups butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream - don't whip prior
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple drained (can use tidbits)
8 slices torn up white bread = 4 cups
 
Instructions
Cream soft butter and sugar together. Add eggs & pineapple (partially drained) Add cut-up bread. Mix everything together & place in grease baking dish.
Bake 45 min or more till brown at 375 degrees I double the recipe for an oblong pan & small round pan.
Serving Suggestions
Can serve with ice cream
