     Cannoli Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients
2/3 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons Splenda granular (sugar substitute)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels
16 Murray® Sugar Free Creme Sandwich cookies
8 strawberries, halved
 
Instructions
In small bowl stir together ricotta, sugar substitute and vanilla. Stir in chocolate morsels.
Twist apart each cookie. Scrape out filling. Spread ricottoa mixture over one side of each cookie. Top each with a strawberry half. Top with remaining cookie halves. Serve immediately.
