     Polenta Breakfast Pudding, Gluten Free

Ingredients
3/4 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Water
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 Tbsp Butter
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Cornmeal
 

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a pot on the stove over high heat, stirring constantly. Once it begins to bubble, cook for 1 minute longer while continuing to stir. Remove from heat and enjoy.
Creamy, hearty, and comforting...this thick hot cereal is simply delicious.
