Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2" pan in oven @ 250 F. Remove from oven and stir in chili powder, garlic salt, and onion salt.
Add Crispix and corn chips and stir until coated.
Return to oven and bake @ 250F for 15 minutes. Add parmesan cheese and stir to coat. Bake 30 minutes longer, stirring after 15 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
