Ingredients
2 small jalapenos
2 cups instant baking mix
2/3 cup of milk
1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese
1/2 cup melted butter divided
 
Instructions
preheat oven to 450. cup jalapenos lengthwise into halves discard the seeds.
combine baking mix, milk, chedder cheese in a bowl. mix it well. add the jalapenos and 1/4 cup of butter. beat with mixer at high speed for 30 sec.
drop dough by spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets
bake until golden brown about 10 min. brush the remaining butter on the biscuits
