     Fluffy 2-step Cheesecake

Ingredients
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philly cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool whip whipped topping, thawed
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
 

Instructions
Mix cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Top with fresh fruit or cherry pie filling, if desired. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
