Sweet/Sour Sauce- Mix cornstarch and sugar in saucepan. Stir in pineappple juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Lower heat and cook until thickened, stirring frequently. Pour sauce over meatballs and cook for several hours (4-5) in crock pot, or can heat in microwave instead. Add pepper and pineapple near the end of cooking time in crock pot depending on how crunchy you want the peppers to be. Serve w/ toothpicks if it's a party.
