Ingredients
6 cups green salad mix (5 handfuls)
1 Tablespoon finely chopped shallots
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar(seasoned variety)
 

Instructions
Wash greens. Pat dry and place in a bowl.
Add shallots and toss with the rice vinegar
Transfer the salad to the serving plates. Add black pepper. Serving size 1 cup 15 calories
