Whip ingredients in mixing bowl until fluffy. If making it with chocolate, caramel or fruit bput in bottom of porcelain container (use small amount). Pour mixture into containers. Cook porcelain container in water bath for 1 hour at 300. When middle has set put in fridge to cool . Sprinkle white sugar on top, take a torch and birn sugar into brown. Serve with a sprig of mint. Makes six small porcelain containers
