     Creme Brulee

Ingredients
1 pint of cream (1/2 litre) (15 % or more)
6 egg yolks (or alternatively 4 eggs, but the yolk way is better)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 ounce vanilla
 

Instructions
Whip ingredients in mixing bowl until fluffy. If making it with chocolate, caramel or fruit bput in bottom of porcelain container (use small amount). Pour mixture into containers. Cook porcelain container in water bath for 1 hour at 300. When middle has set put in fridge to cool . Sprinkle white sugar on top, take a torch and birn sugar into brown. Serve with a sprig of mint. Makes six small porcelain containers
Serving Suggestions
I never used the torch, but just ate it as a custardy thing. If using chocolate and fruit put fruit in container first (blueberries or any small berry
