Cook rice with water in usual way. Cut onions into 1 inch strips and cut pork into 1/2 inch squares. Cook onions in a hot skillet with 1/2 cube butter and 1/4 cup soy sauce until they begin to come clear.

Place bacon, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tsp hot sauce, and 1/4 cup water in pan and boil until all the water is gone. Separate bacon and grease. Place bacon in bowl with onions.

Cook the pork in 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup soy sauce in pan used for the onions. Cook all liquids out until meat is coated. Add everything to rice, including remaining 1/2 cube butter. Mix well until rice is light brown.

I usually just cook the meat and onion together in soy sauce rather than measuring different amounts of liquid for different things.
