Sub Category   Quick Meals
Servings   12
Preptime   8 minutes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup water
1/2 stick or 4 TBSP margarine or butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or can coat with light oil).
Combine biscuit mix, cheese and water in small bowl. Stir til just combined. The dough will be slightly moist.
Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes, til biscuits are firm and beginning to brown.
While the biscuits are baking, make the garlic butter with last 4 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic powder, salt and parsley flakes. Mix well. As soon as you bring biscuits out of oven, brush them with the garlic butter using a pastry brush.
