5 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
8 medium carrots, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c water
1 envelope onion soup mix
Instructions
In a 5 quart low cooker, layer potatoes, carrots and beef. In a bowl, combne the tomato sauce, water and soup mix; pour over meat. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until vegetables and meat are tender.
