5 russet potatoes, with skins, cut into thin wedges
3 T. EVOO
1 t. dried thyme
1 t. dried oregano
1 T. steak seasoning blend such as Montreal Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500 deg.
Spread potato wedges out on a cookie sheet. Cover potatoes with EVOO, thyme, oregano, and steak seasoning. Spread potatoes to the corners of the cookie sheet and cook 25 minutes, turning them once halfway through. Serve fries hot from the oven.
