1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 grandma's molasses
1/4 cup oil
2 tabl lime juice
2 tabl chili powder
1/2 teas oreagano leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound boneless top round or sirloin stead, cut into thin strips
2 cups refried beans
 
shredded cheese
sour cream
Instructions
in medium plastic bowl combine onion, molasses,oil, lime juice, chili powder oregano,and garlic mix well . add steak stir to coat , cover marinate 4-6 hours,stirring occasionally
in large skillet stir fry meat mixture until brown. sprinke cheese over beef serve with refried beans, yellow rice and sour cream on the side
