|
make bases with crushed biscuits & melted butter.
put condensed milk, sb sugar & 200g butter in pan & melt together to make toffee.

heat up 1pt cream & make a custard with egg yolks & castor sugar. cook out until coats back of a wooden spoon. add soaked gelatine.

|
melt choc over a bain marie & blitz cream cheese & toffee together. fold in the custard.
|
|
|
whip up egg whites & half a pt cream. fold these both into mix & pour into cheesecake tins.
