 2 egg yolks

 1 egg white

 1/2 tsp salt

 50ml lime juice

 4 cloves of garlic

 1tbsp mustard seeds

 3 tsp smoked paprika

 400 ml olive oil
 
Instructions
place all the ingredients in to robo coupe apart from the oil , slowly add the oil ,if you add the oil too fast it will split
Serving Suggestions
use as a dipping sauce
