Ingredients
2 Eggs
398mL of E.D. Smith Pure Pumpkin
1C Packed Brown Sugar
1tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/4tsp Ground Ginger
1/4tsp Salt
3/4C Evaporated Milk
1 Unbaked or Homemade or Fresh Deep dish Pie Shell
 
Instructions
Beat Eggs lightly in a medium bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt. Stir until well combined. Blend in Milk
Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 425F 15 mins
Reduce temperature to 350F and continue baking for 30-35 mins longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
