     Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients
5 potatoes
2c cheddar cheese
1c swiss
2T butter
3T all-purpose flour
2.5c milk
2T Dijon Mustard
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Cut poatoes layering them in dish top with cheese
Melt butter stir in flour cook 1min Stir in milk, mustard, salt and pepper boil reduce and cook till thick.
Pour over potatoes cover with aluminum foil and bake 400 for 30 min. Remove foil bake 15min
