     Italian Beef Flourentine

Ingredients
4 beef chuck patties
1/4c flour
2 eggs
1/5c bread crumbs
2T Italian Seasoning
salt and pepper
3T olive ooil
1.5oz packet garlic and herb sauce mix
1.5c milk
 
2T butter
2c baby spinach

Instructions
Combine bread crumbs, italian seasoning salt and pepper. Dip patties in flour and then egg then bread mixture
Place oil in pan add patties cook 3min on each side. Reduce to medium cook 2 min each side
Combine sauce mix, and milk bring to a boil on med-high. Reduce to low stir in butter and spinach Cook 3min stirring often
