     Clay's Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2c sugar
1.5c oil
4 eggs
1c pecans
2tsp cinnamon
1c flour
3c carrots
2tsp vanilla
Icing:
 
1 box powdered sugar
8oz cream cheese
1/2c butter
1tsp vanilla
1c pecans
Instructions
Mix all and bake 325 for 30 min in a foured and greased dish
