I've found that if you don't up the pumpkin and spices a bit,
it can be a little bland. A bit extra on those makes it perfect.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs then gradually beat in sugar. Stir in melted butter and
pumpkin. (original recipe called for oil, but then it was oily. I tried
applesauce, and it was weird. Unsalted butter works the best).
Pick over cranberries, add water and chop coarsely in a blender. Add
cranberry mixture to the pumpkin mixture.
Sift together the rest of the ingredients - add to pumpkin mixture.
Pour into three greased loaf pans, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 and bake for one hour.
