     Apple-Celery-Walnut Salad

Ingredients
Red apples
Celery stalks
walnuts
Dressing:
1/2 c sugar
3 Tbls grated onion
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
 
1 1/2 tsp celery seed
1 c salad oil
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
Instructions
cut up and toss apples, celery and walnuts with the dressing.
serve over greens and garnish with sprigs of lemon thyme
