     Shish Kebab or steak marinade

Ingredients
1 1/2 c salad oil
3/4 c soy sauce (I use low sodium or this gets salty)
1/4 c worchesteshire sauce
2 Tbl dry mustard
2 t salt
1 Tbl coarse black pepper
1/2 c wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp parsley
2 cloved garlic - crushed
 
1/3 c lemon juice
Instructions
This is a great marinade for beef or chicken. Mix all the ingredients together and marinade meat for several hours or overnight in fridge.
