"Weimer" Schnitzel for Elk or Round Steak

Ingredients

 1 egg
-
 2 Tbl Flour
-
 3T grated parmesan cheese
-
 1 T chopped parsley
-
 1/2 tsp salt
-
 1/4 tsp nutmeg
-
 1/2 c milk
-
 lemon wedges
-
 oil for frying
 
Instructions
Mix first 7 ingredients
trim steaks and pound thin
dip steaks in flour/egg mixture and fry fast
serve with lemon wedges
