     Double chocolate brownies

Ingredients
3/4 c flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c butter
3 Tbl water
8 oz semi-sweet or bitter sweet chocolate
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
 
3/4 c sugar
optional additions - chopped walnuts, toffee chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325. Line with aluminum foil a 9" square pan. Combine flour, baking soda and salt - set aside.
In a sauce pan, over low heat, combine butter, sugar and water. Bring just to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 8 oz chocolate and vanills, stir until chocolate is melted. Transfer to a large bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Gradually blend in flour mix.
Blend in chocolate chips and whatever extras (nuts, toffee chips - go wild) you want to add. Put in the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
