Baked Pancake

Ingredients
-
 1/2 cup milk
-
 1/2 cup flour
-
 2 eggs
-
 1 tsp. vanilla
-
 1/2 stick unsalted butter
-
 1/2 cup confectioner sugar
-
 Fresh strawberries, sliced
 
Instructions
Place 1/2 stick butter in pie pan and place in oven. Heat oven to 425 degrees
Mix flour, milk, eggs, and vanilla in a small bowl
When oven is heated up and butter is melted, put batter in pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes sprinkle confectioner sugar and bake another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven, divide pancake and place fresh strawberries with a small sprinkle of confectioner sugar and serve.
