Prep
-Preheat the oven to 400 F
-Spread the pizza sauce over the pitas
|

|
Main
-Heat the olive oil with the onions, garlic and shrimp in a pan for about 5 minutes over medium to high heat
-Cook them until the shrimp start changing colour but are NOT cooked through
-Once that happens, throw in the chili flakes and stir around so that it's all mixed and the shrimp are covered
-Remove from heat at this point

Oven work
-Divide the shrimp equally among the pitas. It should be 5 shrimp per pita.
-Cook for 12 minutes
-Remove from the oven and spread feta on each pizza and add a touch of salt and pepper as well
-Top with the arugula leaves and serve

Note about chili leaves:
-To much of these will make it VERY hot. So if you don't like to much heat, then be careful with these. On the other hand, if you want to burn your taste buds, add more.
