     Swiss Eggs

Ingredients
4 lg eggs
1/4 c vermouth
1 c half and half
1 t dijon mustard
white pepper, dash salt
butter
white bread, day-old, crusts cut off
2 c grated cheese, gruyere and jarlsberg
 

Instructions
Butter rectangular casserole dish. Butter both sides of the bread and cover the bottom of the casserole dish. Mix all ingredients but the cheese and pour over the bread. Top with grated cheese and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
