     Lime Cumin Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breasts (halved)
1/3 Cup Lime Juice
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Salt
Cilantro (optional garnish)
 
Instructions
Mix lime juice, vegetable oil, cumin, and salt in tupperware. Allow chicken to marinate overnight in the mixture.
Grill (ideally) or pan fry the chicken.
Serve with lime wedges and cilantro leaves as garnish.
