Spoor the Avocadoes into a bowl. Add lemon juice and mash coarsely. Gently add the Onions, Cilantro and Tomatoes to the mixture. Add Tabasco and or Jalapeno Pepper to your preference. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.

Garnish with Cilantro Sprigs. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve Chilled within an hour or two.
Optional:
2 cloves Fresh Garlic-minced
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Chili Powder or Red Cayenne Pepper
Chopped Green Onions can be used as a garnish

Warm Tortilla chips slightly in the oven before serving. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and Paprika
