	1 CUP SUGAR
	OPTIONAL LEMON PEEL


Instructions


COMBINE IN TOP OF DOUBLE BOILER OR OVER VERY LOW HEAT. COOK UNTIL THICKENED


LEMON CURD NEEDS TO BE STORED IN REFRIDGERATOR AND WILL ONLY LAST ABOUT 2 WEEKS. GREAT WITH SCONES
